RxRide: Your daily dose of endorphins!

During a 45-minute high energy ride you’ll work your entire body utilizing hand-weights and core work along with rocking music to leave you feeling accomplished and empowered!

All Terrain

Conquer a traditional spin profile ride that will challenge all elements of a road ride. Expect to encounter hills, sprints and intervals.

Private rides for corporate events, birthday parties, charity events and more will also be offered upon request!

About Our Studio

Our Spin Studio is equipped with brand new Spinner Ride bikes along with state of the art sound and lightening systems. Spinner bikes require clip in cycling shoes with an SPD clip. We provide rental shoes for $5. Our annual prepaid members and annual monthly auto-renew members and one month unlimited SPIN members get complimentary rental shoes.

FAQs

Cycling shoes are provided for your ride. Our Unlimited Monthly Members enjoy free rental shoes. Drop-ins, punch card holders and month-to-month members get cycling shoes provided for $5. They are required for the ride as your foot positioning on the pedals will be locked in correctly and allow for you to ride more efficiently.

Yes, towels are also provided and we have showers.

Classes are for all levels. If it is your first time just let the instructor know so they can help you with bike set up. The good news is that you are in control of your ride and how hard you are working on the bike!

RxRIDE is a full body indoor cycling workout. We ride to the beat of the music, incorporate upper body movements and hand weights. It’s basically an awesome workout and party on a bike – aka your daily dose of endorphins!
