Whether you are just getting into running or an experienced runner seeking a new Personal Best, we've got you covered. Pick a race, any race and Coach Ashley Couper will design a training program customized to your race goals!
What you get:
- Personalized training program (up to 12 weeks) from Ashley Couper + email touch base as needed
- Two Beyond Fitness class passes (for any class on the schedule including spin)
- Four Group Running Sessions
Group Running Sessions:
All sessions take place/start at Beyond Fitness.
- Wednesday, Feb 20th 5:30pm. Proper warm up + activation, mobility and strength exercises for runners.
- Wednesday, March 13th 5:30pm. Tempo run.
- Tuesday, April 2nd 5:30pm. Speed work.
- Thursday, April 25th 5:30pm. Hills.
