Members with our monthly auto-renew membership and prepaid annual membership get priority booking and can reserve classes 14 days in advance. All other membership options including drop-ins, class pass holders and one month unlimited members can sign up for classes 7 days in advance. Registration opens up at 12:00PM.

Usually changes are pretty good. If you are on the waitlist you will receive an email up to 90 minutes prior to the start of class to let you know if you get a spot. Waitlists do tend to move, so waiting it out to see if someone drops out is worth it. If you do not get a spot in the class, the class will go back on to your account if you have a class pass or drop in.

Yes! You can see your position on the waitlist. Monthly auto-renewing members and annual prepaid members have priority placement on the waitlist. That means the system bumps these members to the top of the list when they add themselves to the waitlist – this might be why you could see your position change from #3 to #4. Don’t be discouraged by your number on the waitlist, things happen and people drop out so your position can change pretty quickly

We kindly ask that you unreserve your spot in a class that you are signed up for but can no longer attend prior to 90 minutes of start time. This allows a spot to open up for someone potentially on the waitlist. If you do not cancel your spot or cancel late (within the 90 minute start time) then you will be charged a $10 fee.

Drop ins and punch card holders will lose that session in addition to the fee.

For Private Training sessions we require 24 hour notice of a cancellation. Failure to do so will result in the loss of that session.

You can cancel your spot in class the same way you sign up. Log in to your account and click on unreserve.

Due to high demand for spots in classes and for coach programming purposes we require online sign ups to reserve your spot in a workout. If you miss the class you are signed up for you’ll be marked as a “no show” and a $10 fee will be charged to your card on file.

If you are late for your Private Training session you can train for the remainder of the allotted time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it is not guaranteed that your trainer will still have availability to train you so best to reach out and let them know you are running late or need to late cancel.

Out of respect for group classes, we politely suggest that if you are more than 5 minutes late to a class that you do not attend as this causes interruptions and disrupts the flow. For spin classes, if someone is more than 5 minutes late you may not be guaranteed your spot in class as your bike may be given to someone on stand by.
