Spin classes are for all levels of fitness. A fun and great low impact cardio option, our spin classes are high energy and a great workout! Class types vary per instructor but are all 45 minutes long. Spin membership options:

About Our Studio

Our Spin Studio is equipped with brand new Spinner Ride bikes along with state of the art sound and lightening systems. Spinner bikes require clip in cycling shoes with an SPD clip. We provide rental shoes for $5. Our annual prepaid members and annual monthly auto-renew members and one month unlimited SPIN members get complimentary rental shoes.


Cycling shoes are provided for your ride.

Yes, towels are also provided and we have showers.

Classes are for all levels. If it is your first time just let the instructor know so they can help you with bike set up. The good news is that you are in control of your ride and how hard you are working on the bike!

RxRIDE is a full body indoor cycling workout. We ride to the beat of the music, incorporate upper body movements and hand weights. It’s basically an awesome workout and party on a bike – aka your daily dose of endorphins!
